My approach

No matter your symptoms, I work on the following layers of healing:

  • Your body is constantly adapting to physical, emotional and environmental stress. When this system is under strain, it can affect your energy, hormones, sleep, immune function, recovery and overall resilience. Supporting your stress response is often one of the first steps towards restoring balance.

  • Stable blood sugar is about much more than diabetes. It influences your energy levels, mood, concentration, appetite, cravings, hormone health, metabolism and inflammation. Optimising glucose regulation creates a stronger foundation for long-term health.

  • Many people spend much of their day in a constant state of stress without realising it. When the nervous system remains in "fight or flight" mode, it becomes harder for the body to rest, digest, repair and recover. Helping your nervous system feel safe again allows healing processes to take place more effectively.

  • Your digestive system plays a central role in overall health.   • Advanced testing is available after your initial consultation. I guide you through what is relevant, what is unnecessary, and how results translate into a plan.

    Referrals available for EuroFins and Echevarne in Palma de Mallorca (discounted rates for my clients).

    I work with standard blood tests but also functional testing including dried urine or saliva for hormones, saliva for stress patterns, stool for digestion and microbial environment, urine for organic acids and hair for minerals and toxic metals.

The process

2. Please submit this health questionnaire at least 2 days before your session. Please allow around 1.5 hours to complete it thoroughly.

3. Consultations are on Zoom, Google Meet, phone or your house, if you choose a house visit.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking in with me, you agree to the following:

* All consultations are strictly confidential.

* Fees reflect the time involved in analysis of data and formulation your health plan (approximately 3h).

* As a courtesy, please provide a 12h notice if you wish to cancel. Missed appointments are billed. Being late without a notice for more than 15 minutes is considered a missed slot.

* Unless agreed otherwise in a consultation, the two initial consultations must be completed within 1 month. If you and I agree to wait longer, it will be the maximum of 3 months as supplementation and recommendations must be monitored.

* I provide email or WhatsApp support pertaining to any unclear information from the notes that you received. New symptoms, new questions or blood results are always discussed in consultations.

* The cost of any additional diagnostic test will be discussed during the consultation (if applicable).
