The ultimate recovery tonic
Ingredients:
4 potatoes cleaned very well - in this recipe, you will use the skins only
3 carrots
4 celery sticks
1 onion
1 leek, white part only
1 bunch of parsley
4 litres of water
optional: bay leave, peppercorns
Instructions:
Peel the potatoes and place the skins in water, together with the remaining ingredients.
Boil for 30 minutes, strain and enjoy the liquid sipped as warm tea.
For recovery, I advise 3 cups a day.
