Ingredients:
Salad leaves of choice
100g of Serrano, Iberico or Parma ham (often the whole packet)
2 fresh figs, cut into wedges, or a couple of strawberries, or 1 peach / nectarine, also cut into wedges
Cupped handful of soft goat’s cheese, cut into pieces or crumbled
Nuts of choice: walnuts / pecans / almond flakes
Olive oil and vinegar to dress
Instructions:
Arrange all components on a plate and dress with olive oil and vinegar.
